This ride you may recognize from carnival and fair circuits as The Hurricane. Since Cypress Gardens had named its junior wood coaster Triple Hurricane it's easy to see why the park went with Mega Bounce instead to avoid confusion. It's also a more accurate name as 12 vehicles holding as many as three passengers in each row rest on the end of long arms and rotate in a circular motion -- with all of the cars going up and down -- mega bouncing -- in unison. While the ride doesn't spin around awfully fast the ups and downs are sharp so check your gut at the door.
